Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage critical infrastructure systems during night shifts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Resolve technical support tickets and user issues with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to document issues and hand off critical alerts.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to strict security protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders during night hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or a similar night shift role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows, Linux, and basic networking protocols.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity during night hours.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
