Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling high-velocity data streams and complex predictive modeling.
- Roadmap Strategy: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., LLM evolution, Edge AI) and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of large-scale models to ensure performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal hackathons and proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to explore uncharted territories in AI development.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and architecting systems with long-term scalability in mind.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer preferred.
