Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers, engineers, and data scientists in the development of Project 2026.
- Research and implement novel algorithms for high-performance computing and energy-efficient AI.
- Optimize AI inference pipelines for low-latency, high-volume environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical capabilities into tangible user value.
- Ensure ethical AI standards, data governance, and safety compliance.
- Present technical findings and architectural roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and system architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of leading high-impact engineering projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
