Responsibilities
- Architect and train large-scale generative AI models focused on long-term reasoning and autonomous decision-making.
- Lead a high-performance research team, fostering an environment of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex research into deployable production systems.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model bias mitigation, and security protocols.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, specifically focusing on quantum-inspired algorithms for 2026.
- Present research findings and architectural roadmaps to executive stakeholders and industry peers.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of leading research teams or projects with a minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, with specific experience in Transformer architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and serving large-scale inference clusters.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
