Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Neural Interfaces.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database technologies.
