Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems during weekend shifts
- Monitor and maintain critical server infrastructure including Windows Server and cloud platforms
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system updates using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Train weekend staff on IT best practices and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with ITIL service management practices
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
