As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring our team remains productive during our weekend operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Log and track all help desk tickets in our internal system with high accuracy.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of office equipment and peripherals.
- Resolve password resets and account access issues for internal users.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team to escalate complex technical problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized IT workspace and equipment inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (Wi-Fi, printers, cabling).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for equipment setup.
