Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026+ trend forecasts covering AI, biotech, climate tech, and spatial computing
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 10-year strategic initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into R&D pipelines
- Lead high-stakes executive workshops on disruptive technology adoption
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity across enterprise functions
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications and conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Published industry thought leadership or trend forecasting experience
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on innovation strategy
