- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion human-centered design principles in all future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record translating complex future scenarios into business impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate trends into cohesive narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, patents)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience guiding organizational transformation through paradigm shifts
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning frameworks and trend-forecasting accuracy
