- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with global market trends and technological disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and disruptors to accelerate future-readiness
- Mentor talent in strategic foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, keynote talks, and industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, quantum)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Strategy, Futures Studies, or equivalent field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with board-level presentations and C-suite collaboration
- Portfolio of published future-focused strategies or thought leadership pieces
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC, SFI) preferred
