Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives

- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external investors
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and market readiness
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or emerging technology leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with futures research methodologies (e.g., scenario planning)
