Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 strategic foresight initiatives through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Develop and maintain a dynamic technology radar for emerging innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into core offerings
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026 breakthrough opportunities
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
