- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of delivering future-focused strategies to Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi method, and trend analysis methodologies
