Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology, economic, and societal trends to inform strategic innovation roadmaps
- Develop scenario-based models for market evolution and competitive landscape through 2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futurist thinking into product development and business planning
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for emerging domains (quantum, biotech, AI ethics)
- Measure and communicate the ROI of strategic foresight initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting complex future scenarios to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, WFS)
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or future impact assessments
