Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for next-gen product development
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive industry shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation preferred
