Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Architect innovation frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to translate future insights into market-ready solutions
- Establish foresight methodologies and innovation KPIs across the organization
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight and adaptive innovation practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS)
- Experience with scenario planning and systems thinking frameworks
