- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions and validate hypotheses
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and test next-generation concepts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and benchmark against industry disruptors
- Drive organizational adoption of future-oriented mindsets and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
