Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis

- Present compelling futures narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings and board presentations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services targeting 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and trend identification
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their industry-specific implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
