Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks that inform product roadmaps and business strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder presentations translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs for innovation effectiveness and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable future scenarios across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, foresight consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation initiatives from concept to execution
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
