Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Produce forward-looking scenario models and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry experts, academics, and innovation partners
- Translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities and product development plans
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor internal teams on future-focused methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures publications
- Experience working with global teams in technology-driven industries
