- Present future-focused insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to accelerate innovation
- Design and implement organizational change management strategies for future-ready operations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
