What You Will Do
As a key member of our R&D team, your responsibilities will include designing robust neural architectures, optimizing inference latency, and ensuring ethical AI deployment standards.
Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Architect scalable neural networks and fine-tune foundation models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Agentic Systems: Develop autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and tool use.
- Optimization: Implement advanced quantization and distillation techniques to reduce model footprint without losing accuracy.
- RAG Integration: Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to enhance knowledge base accuracy.
- Ethics & Safety: Implement guardrails and safety filters to mitigate bias and hallucinations.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to translate technical requirements into AI roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, specifically with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in Hugging Face, LangChain, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex optimization problems in high-scale environments.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and pioneer new approaches to generative tasks.
