Responsibilities
Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for the future of work, specifically aligning organizational goals with the projected landscape of 2026.Technology Integration: Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, automation, immersive workspaces) to enhance remote, hybrid, and in-office collaboration.Culture & Engagement: Design strategies to foster a resilient, inclusive, and high-performance culture in a distributed environment, reducing burnout and increasing retention.Policy Development: Create flexible work policies, guidelines, and protocols that support employee well-being while maintaining business continuity and agility.Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and methodologies across all departments and levels.Analytics & Optimization: Measure the impact of work strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust approaches based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR strategy, organizational development, or future of work consulting, with a proven track record in large-scale transformation.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to design long-term organizational strategies with a strong focus on future trends, digital transformation, and AI integration.Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana, Miro) and emerging workplace technologies.Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex strategic concepts into actionable, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive innovation in fast-paced, evolving environments.
