Responsibilities

- Coordinate 15-20 person teams across loading, sorting, and distribution functions

- Optimize shift efficiency through process improvement initiatives
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/supply chain supervision
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Weekend availability and flexible weekday schedule
- Philadelphia PA residency required for local coordination
