Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations ensuring seamless shipment processing and delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment requests for high-priority items
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges during peak weekend hours
- Generate and analyze performance reports to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
- Train weekend staff on new equipment and process improvements
- Act as primary contact for weekend client escalations and issue resolution
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
- Proven ability to lead teams during non-standard hours (weekends)
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and TMS software platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun) with rotating holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
