As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution centers run smoothly during peak hours. We are looking for reliable candidates who are ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics operations, including receiving, sorting, and staging inventory with high accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and compliance regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely distribution of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work full-time hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver's license is required.
