Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Prepare and package customer orders with precision and speed.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy of shipments.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
