Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend tech support operations across 3 client sites in Northern Virginia
- Manage a team of 5-6 remote technicians during weekend shifts
- Implement emergency response protocols for critical system outages
- Generate comprehensive weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Train weekend staff on new technologies and SOP updates
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handover processes
- Optimize weekend resource allocation based on demand analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in IT operations or shift management
- Proven ability to lead teams during non-standard hours
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid Virginia driver's license for site visits
