Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Identify emerging tech trends and evaluate their potential impact on our business model and industry landscape.
- Establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure the success of AI initiatives and ensure measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align technology strategy with broader business goals and long-term vision.
- Oversee vendor partnerships and research collaborations with leading AI labs and universities.
- Drive the ethical implementation of AI, ensuring compliance with global data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, AI, or Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technology projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the Fintech or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is a plus.
