Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neuro-interfaces.
- Identify disruptive market trends and translate them into actionable product and engineering strategies.
- Oversee a prototyping lab where high-risk, high-reward concepts are tested and validated.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align futuristic technology initiatives with business goals.
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance for the deployment of advanced AI and synthetic media.
- Publish thought leadership and present our 2026 vision to industry peers and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management.
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Robotics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Proven history of successfully leading R&D initiatives and delivering breakthrough products.
- Deep understanding of the current state of AI and the projected capabilities for 2026.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
