- Establish KPIs for AI system performance and business impact measurement
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present AI vision and progress to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Oversee $50M+ AI innovation budget and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $30M for technology initiatives
- Strong understanding of global AI governance frameworks and ethical implications
