- Establish AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance and ethical standards

Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 8+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing $10M+ AI budgets and cross-functional teams
- Executive communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
