Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for Agentic AI development and deployment.Architect robust, scalable architectures for multi-agent systems capable of autonomous decision-making.Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) with proprietary knowledge graphs and vector databases.Collaborate with product and business units to translate complex business goals into technical AI strategies.Establish governance frameworks for AI safety, ethical use, and model alignment.Drive the research and adoption of emerging AI paradigms to maintain a competitive edge by 2026.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI research leadership.Deep expertise in LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.), RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.Proven experience designing complex, distributed systems and cloud-native AI infrastructure.Strong background in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and vector database technologies (Pinecone, Milvus).Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to plan 3-5 year technology horizons.Experience in guiding teams through the transition from traditional software to AI-native applications.
