Responsibilities
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems (2026 roadmap)
- Conduct bias audits for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Design human-AI interaction protocols for quantum-enhanced interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI deployment strategies
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
- Proactively identify and mitigate ethical risks in generative AI models
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neuro-technology implications
- Strong background in bias mitigation and algorithmic fairness
- Published work on AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., Google, Microsoft) or equivalent
