Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Lead stakeholder engagement with regulators, NGOs, and industry consortia
- Design explainability protocols for black-box AI systems
- Create ethics training programs for technical and non-technical teams
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and advise on compliance strategies
- Chair quarterly ethics review boards for product launches
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience with adversarial AI and model robustness testing
- Published research on algorithmic accountability or fairness metrics
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE CertAI, EU AI Act Specialist)
