Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and multi-step task execution.
- Optimize large language model (LLM) inference pipelines for high-throughput, low-latency environments in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI agents into scalable, enterprise-grade software ecosystems.
- Conduct cutting-edge research on emerging architectures, including Transformers, Diffusion Models, and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Maintain and improve the underlying infrastructure for model training, fine-tuning, and serving.
- Ensure robustness, safety, and ethical AI practices in all autonomous decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
