Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, distributed AI architectures capable of handling complex multimodal inputs for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and development to optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Production Deployment: Deploy machine learning models to production environments using containerization and microservices architectures.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing state-of-the-art techniques such as Transformers and Diffusion models.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; strong understanding of neural networks and deep learning principles.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building AI/ML systems, preferably in a fast-paced startup or research environment.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality code under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
