- Produce scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruption scenarios
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI and societal impact
- Curate exclusive futurist forums with Fortune 100 C-suite executives
- Author thought leadership publications read by heads of state
- Mentor next-generation futurists through Horizon Labs' accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures/innovation journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and Delphi methodology
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar innovation initiatives
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Global network of thought leaders across tech, academia, and policy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from APF or WFS
