Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budget allocation
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor emerging tech trends to maintain competitive advantage
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation/strategy roles with proven 2020+ tech disruption track record
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Successful scaling of at least two $1M+ innovation initiatives
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 leadership
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation publications
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean Strategy)
