- Forecast and map emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 using quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Develop innovation blueprints and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive market shifts
- Author thought leadership reports and present findings to executive stakeholders and industry panels
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough startups, partnerships, and M&A opportunities
- Design and implement future-proofing frameworks for client operations and talent development
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and exponential technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/whitepapers on disruptive technologies
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience speaking at global innovation forums
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
