As a key member of our C-suite innovation team, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives, partner with industry disruptors, and translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies. Your insights will directly influence product development, market expansion, and organizational resilience in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends (2026 horizon) across technology, climate, workforce, and socio-economic domains to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven forecasts and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops using scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend synthesis methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-proof solutions in AI ethics, circular economy, and immersive technologies
- Build and maintain an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for trend intelligence sharing
- Translate future insights into product roadmaps, market entry strategies, and organizational transformation plans
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven expertise in trend analysis methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published futurist work (white papers, conference talks, industry reports)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
