Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-integrated systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging paradigm shifts
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Author thought leadership publications on future economies
- Oversee incubation of exponential technology ventures
- Advise C-suite on long-term scenario planning
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in launching exponential technology ventures
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, synthetic biology, quantum computing
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Proficiency in systems modeling tools (AnyLogic, Vensim)
- Global network of innovation stakeholders
- Fluency in at least two major languages
