Responsibilities
- Define the strategic roadmap for 2026 AI capabilities, focusing on autonomous systems and predictive analytics.
- Lead the Ethics & Safety Committee, auditing algorithms for bias and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into core product lines.
- Present high-level technical concepts to executive stakeholders and investors.
- Stay ahead of global trends in quantum computing and neural interfaces.
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or a related field with a focus on AI ethics.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or product management.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technology projects.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to forecast industry shifts for the 2026 horizon.
- Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical leadership.
