As a key architect of our future, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, strategists, and futurists. You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, validating technology stacks, and ensuring our organization is not just ready for 2026, but actively shaping it.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap specifically tailored for the 2026 landscape, focusing on AI integration and scalability.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate breakthroughs in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performance team of technical experts in innovation sprints and proof-of-concept (PoC) development.
- Infrastructure Architecture: Oversee the architectural shifts required to support next-gen AI workloads and decentralized systems.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within high-tech or Fortune 500 environments.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Generative AI (LLMs), Machine Learning, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and drive innovation with a focus on the 2026 timeframe.
- Communication: Exceptional skills in translating technical jargon into compelling business narratives for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in fast-paced environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
