Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend logistics operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Supervise a team of 12+ warehouse associates to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Conduct daily safety audits and ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Manage inventory counts and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations in real-time.
- Train new hires and conduct performance reviews.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
