Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure 100% on-time order fulfillment and accurate inventory management.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a diverse team of warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor productivity metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Resolve customer inquiries and logistics issues promptly to maintain high service ratings and satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels, perform cycle counts, and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate forklifts or heavy machinery.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
