Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates on proper equipment usage and procedures.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve any operational bottlenecks or issues.
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments to maintain high standards.
- Manage payroll and attendance records for the weekend crew.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
