In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations from Friday through Sunday. We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety, efficiency, and team excellence.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff during the weekend shift to ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Train new hires and mentor existing team members on proper lifting techniques, equipment operation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Communicate effectively with the Day Shift Manager to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities and workflow.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve operational issues with professionalism and urgency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team under pressure.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and walking.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) consistently.
