Job Overview:
As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that our inventory is processed efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with a dedicated team to maintain high standards of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and light administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
