Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to manage our inventory and shipping operations during our peak weekend hours. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse to ensure optimal storage space usage.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory accuracy.
- Assist in packing orders for local and regional distribution.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess strong time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
